Get ready to take flight with our Pioneer Introductory Flight Lesson. Our Certificated Flight Instructors (CFI) will help you explore the sky! You will take control of the aircraft during your flight under the guidance of your instructor.

Lunken Flight Training Center is offering ONE PERSON to partake in the Pioneer Introductory Flight Lesson.

The Pioneer Introductory Flight Lesson is just a taste of what it's like to fly in a small airplane. Experience the thrill of flight with this short introductory lesson!

Your instructor will demonstrate a takeoff. Then, at a safe phase of flight, take control as you make turns, climbs, and descents, all while soaking in the views from the cockpit. Get hands-on experience with the flight controls and familiarize yourself with the local surroundings.

Important, Please Read

• Before taking your introductory flight lesson, you MUST provide a valid (NOT expired) government issued photo ID. If you do not provide a valid photo ID, you will be unable to take your introductory flight. There are no exceptions.
• The Pioneer only available to someone with no prior flight experience. There are no exceptions to this policy per TSA Regulations.
• All Introductory Flight Lessons can be scheduled any day of the week during daylight hours.
• The minimum age to take an introductory flight lesson is 15 years old.
• Weight is limited to 300 pounds for the pilot.
• One person flight experience
• Must be used by 12/31/2025

• Please allow 60 minutes total time for the "Pioneer" Introductory Flight and course presentation. Total time in the aircraft is about 36 minutes, 20 to 25 minutes of which is in the air.
