Train for your first half marathon with your BRF (best running friend)! This program is designed for the Columbus Half Marathon on Sunday, October 19, 2025, but if that date doesn't work, we'll adjust the plan for your preferred race.

Package Includes:
-Initial Consultation: You and your BRF meet with Bree and Michael to review your fitness, goals, and create a tailored training plan.
-Customized Training Plan: 12-16 weeks of personalized mileage based on the consultation.
-Weekly Coaching Call: A one-hour virtual check-in with your BRF to review progress, make adjustments, and troubleshoot.
-Nutrition Guidance: Support for fueling during training and on race day.
-Email Support: Questions between calls? (We'll reply within 24 hours)
-Mindset Coaching: Tools to stay motivated and focused.
-Team RBT Access: Private Facebook group and accountability community.
-Race Day Support: We'll cheer you on along the course!
