Big Event 2025

READY! SET! HUT!

It's KICKOFF time for the 12th annual Big Event at Grandview Lodge's Gull Lake Center! Tailgating, pre-game socializing, and auction browsing for MVP ticket holders starts at 5pm. General admission gates open at 5:30pm. Get your team in formation by 6:45pm for dinner and entertainment. Play your best defense and outbid your opponents before the auction endgame at 8:30pm sharp. Stay on the field for some celebratory dancing or hang out on the sidelines, if that's more your style!

We are thrilled to announce the 12th Annual Big Event, a celebration of the Brainerd Public Schools Foundation! Huddle up for fun and philanthropy on Saturday, February 8th, 2025. Help us achieve victory off the field by contributing to our online auction, raffles, and more. Your support will help our classrooms SCORE BIG by fueling 4A Grants, inspiring "Dream Big" projects, and powering other BPSF initiatives. 

BPSF exists to support the Brainerd Public Schools in various ways including scholarships and providing 4A Grants to staff and coaches. The mission of the Brainerd Public Schools Foundation is to enhance opportunities for quality academics, arts, activities and athletics (4As) for the students of the Brainerd Public School District. 

In an effort to streamline our donation requests, we have created a comprehensive partnership package called the Warrior Club. The Warrior Club replaces previous event-specific annual sponsorship requests; allowing our community partners to receive only one ask from BPSF for financial support each year. By becoming a member of the 2025 Warrior Club, you or your business will receive year-round recognition for this partnership, including the Big Event.
