Thanks to a generous donation from one of our supporters, we are offering custom ornaments engraved with your pet's image!  Limited time offer includes:

  • Ornaments are approximately 4" round and 1/8" thick.
  • Ornaments are sealed with a clear acrylic finish, twine hanging loop, and packaged in a cellophane envelope.
  • Submitted image must be .jpg or .png format; minimum 300dpi resolution.
  • Instructions for submission will be emailed upon receipt of purchase.
  • Pickup will be at our St. Charles office.

FAQ's

How do I submit my image? 

Instructions for image submission will be on your statement/receipt which will be emailed to you upon purchase.

Can I have my ornament shipped instead? 

To save costs, we implemented a pickup process. For bulk orders that need to be shipped please contact Kim Gifford, [email protected].

What if I can't pick up my order in time? 

Orders will be processed through 12/13/24. This date is subject to change depending on demand. 

I don't have a digital photo of my pet.  

Portraits must uploaded digitally as they are laser cut into the wood. 

Can I have two pets in one ornament? 

Yes

Can I have an ornament made of my small pet or a family? 

Yes. Any image can be engraved on your ornament. The only requirement is a digital image. Keep in mind, the more subjects in a picture, the smaller the image of each subject.

Can I add text to my ornament? 

At this time we are unable to accommodate text or personalization beyond the uploaded image.  

 Can I cancel my order? 

Submitted orders are final and no returns are available. 

Do I have to make a GiveSmart account to order? 

Yes, you will have to register for a GiveSmart account to place an order.  

I forgot my GiveSmart account info?

After clicking on login select the prompt for forgotten user name or password.

Can I pay cash or check instead? 

Yes. Please contact Kristin Greenlee, [email protected], to pay with check or cash.
