Pick-Up Procedures

Your items will be available at Richmond Cares, Richmond Gives, located in the Richmond Caring Place at 190 - 7000 Minoru Blvd.

You can pick them up during the following times:

Tuesday, December 10 - Friday, December 13 | 10:00am - 3:00pm

Saturday, December 14 | 11:00am - 1:00pm

When picking up your items, please have a copy of your payment receipt ready, either on your phone or printed out. This will allow us to quickly confirm your identity and find your items.

Please note that, for bottles of wine and other alcoholic beverages, proof of age will be required upon pick-up.
