About the Cottage:

Located in Lake Winnipesaukee New Hampshire, this stylish 2-bedroom home offers accommodations for 6 guests and includes a loft and screened porch. The main level of the home features a cozy living area, replete with a sectional sofa, a fireplace and a wall-mounted Smart TV. The chefs in your group will enjoy cooking in the very well-equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, plenty of room for meal prep and a dining table that seats 6. Or eat on the screened in porch and get closer to nature. The main area also features a half bath and laundry room.

At the end of a day spent outdoors, guests can get some rest in one two well-appointed bedrooms and in the loft: The master has a queen size bed, and the 2nd bedroom has two twins. Both share a full-size Jack & Jill bathroom. The loft is situated off the living area and can be accessed by a ladder. It features a comfortable queen-size platform bed.

Enjoy access to the West Point Association amenities including a sandy-beach, tennis courts, and playground which is just a short walk away. Trexler's Marina and a boat launch are just a mile away if you are looking for boat rentals or boat access to get out on the lake during your stay.
