• a preliminary suggested CONCEPT DESIGN (floor plan) based on your desires for a ONE- or TWO-story remodel, addition, or new build.

Programming

Programming is an essential part of the process that includes input from you and results in a detailed list of what is to be included and considered in the scope of the design and project. Programming includes the following:

• Meeting with you to discuss your needs, desires, and budget for your project
• Communication with building department(s) regarding allowable and required parameters

Preliminary Concept Design:

Woodhouse Architecture will develop an architectural concept based upon the results of the preliminary Programming phase analysis. This would include up to 8 hours of our time with the following deliverables.

• preliminary floor plan (or plans if 2 story) showing (to scale) the layout of the house as proposed.
