Hole 4 - Longest Drive Female
Hole 6 - Closest to the Pin
Hole 9 - 3 out of 4 Greenies** - Winner gets 50% of the Pot!
Hole 9 - Closest to the Pin
Hole 11 - Closest to the Pin
Hole 12 - Longest Drive Male
Hole 16 - Hole in One
Hole 16 - Closest to the Pin

Putting Contest on the Putting Green - Purchase tickets under ITEMS.

**3 out of 4 Greenies will be CASH ONLY day of tournament.  $80 per Foursome.

Opportunity House Programs Include:

The 24-Hour Emergency Shelter in Berks & Montgomery Counties
Permanent Affordable Housing 
The Second Street Learning Center
Reuse/ Recycle - The OppShop

Each golfer who participates will receive:

Round of golf, greens fee and use of golf cart
Networking Lunch, followed by a cocktail reception and awards ceremony
Use of driving range and putting green
Use of locker room facilities

Foursome deadline registration is Friday, June 13, 2025
