Shh! What secrets will you discover with a Hill Family Winery Secret Garden Tour and Wine Tasting for four (4)! You will find an idyllic 1.3 acre oasis hidden in the middle of a residential community, about five minutes from the Hill Family Winery tasting room in Yountville. The verdant plot brims with more than 120 different kinds of fruit trees, including figs, pears, peaches and dozens of other unusual fruits, plug a wide range of vegetables, herbs and culinary flowers. Highlights include tastings of fresh plucked delights like peach leaves, which smell like amaretto when crushed. At Grgich Hills Estate, you will attend a seated tasting for four (4) guests and receive 1 Magnum bottle of Chardonnay. The wine world was rocked in 1976 when a blind tasting in Paris chose the 1973 Chateau Montelena Chardonnay, crafted by Croatian-American Mike Grgich, as the finest white wine in the world! Now you can taste for yourself the quality and craftsmanship of Grgich Hills Estate.
