Dewayne Hill
Direct from Tampa, Florida we are pleased to present, Dewayne Hill. Mr. Hill brings awe and inspiration to this highly anticipated annual fundraiser. He has been seen on America's Got Talent, NBC, HBO, Food Network, Travel Channel, Fox Sports Net and others. It's time to be amazed!
When he was 16, a substitute teacher had a profound impact on the rest of his life. The teacher performed a card trick, which sparked an intense interest in magic. Dewayne initially planned to learn card sleights to cheat at poker, but performing for strangers soon became second nature to him.
Six months after he began practicing, Dewayne started booking performances in his area and landed his first official gig at a church. This caught the attention of a local TV producer. Dewayne's TV appearance earned him a front-page newspaper article, which ignited a flood of performances that would eventually pay for and fund his college education.
Dewayne now travels across the country, whether in Vegas or Orlando, performing and inspiring audiences with messages of the importance of goals and leadership.

YOUR IMPACT THROUGH THIS FUNDRAISER
Proceeds from the Holiday Inspiration Luncheon help support Homeless Services, individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and Behavioral Health needs.
Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD)
Over the past year, we have begun renovations to our Central Day Program building adding a beautiful all-glass entrance vestibule and client lounge offering a warm, welcoming environment for clients to start their day. This summer, our Master Gardener volunteers were hard at work installing a Sensory Garden next to the vestibule. A handsome ADA-accessible walkway guides visitors and clients through the garden, filled with scents, delicate fronds, greenery, and vibrant colors. Additionally, Phase 1 of our Greenhouse Restoration was achieved with the help of students from McHenry Community College, who enclosed the space with new materials. Electrical work and updated ADA access are currently underway.
PADS Homeless Shelter and Programs
There is more to a shelter than meets the eye. Our guests range from individuals to families, representing all occupations and lifestyles throughout McHenry County. Daily transportation is vital, taking our guests to school, health appointments, interviews, housing visits, and counseling sessions. In addition, our case managers work individually with all guests to help them achieve their goals. We are fortunate to have a professional kitchen, staffed by our Chef and Assistant Chef, who provide warm, healthy meals and a friendly face to all.
Behavioral Health Services
Pioneer Center provides therapy services for children and families. We are the only provider in McHenry County offering four group homes for residential transitional living. These group homes provide a pathway to helping individuals reach their goals.
The need for behavioral health support continues to grow, and Pioneer Center is the critical link in providing therapists, case managers, and support staff to those in need. Behavioral health support is the #1 need in our area, and we are proud to be a provider.
From all the clients and staff at Pioneer Center, we thank you.
TOGETHER, WE CAN MAKE THE MAGIC HAPPEN.
