My paintings:

The primary element in each of my paintings is color. My lan dscape-inspired geometric desi gns serve as the framework for my paintings. Composing flat components in muted colors cre ates distances.

Concept:

I have always wondered why peo ple like or dislike paintings. It made me consider how feeli ngs, vision, and a little science relate to one another. I also analyzed the works of c olorists Wolf Kahn, Milton Ave ry, Rothko, and Nicolas de Sta el.

As a result, my compositions have a passive tone and gradually e licit a parasympathetic response. In terms of technique, my compos itions use contrasting tones t o guide saccades.

Training and Shows:

I began my art career by paint ing portraits on commission. I studied portrait and landsca pe painting at the Chitra Mand ir Art Institute in India. In recent years, I switched from oil and waterc olor to acrylic and impasto st yles using palette knives.

I am represented in a few galleries and shows in t he Atlanta area and regularly donate art to several charitab le causes, such as Georgia Law yers for Arts.

I have previously participated in art exhibitions in India' s National Centre for Performi ng Arts, the Mood Indigo cultu ral festival, and other art sh ows.

My wish is to place my paintin gs, small and large, on as man y walls as possible while also collaborating with designers and galleries.
