You are bidding on a trip for six (6) people to attend the BYU / San Jose State Football Game in San Jose, California on Friday, Nov 6th, overnight at the Hayes Mansion Hotel, return Saturday, Nov. 7th. You will fly down in a private plane, a Pilatus PC 12 that holds 8 passengers, departure location is: Spanish Fork/ Springville Airport 2050 North 300 West, Spanish Fork, UT Departure Time: 3:00p - arrive at San Jose Airport at 5:30 pm (Flight time will be 2.5 hours) A minivan will shuttle group to dinner at a restaurant of your choosing (not included), then to game. The Game is at 8:30 pm. After the Game you will be shuttled to the "Dolce Hayes Mansion by Wyndham" In the morning you will be shuttled back to the SJC Airport for a 10 am departure. Arriving back in Spanish Fork/ Springville Airport at 1 pm (Flight time 2 hours) The trip includes: Round Trip on the Pilatus PC 12/45 Six (6) football tickets Three (3) rooms (double occupancy) at the Dolce Hayes Mansion Shuttle minivan for transportation Not included: Meals, Tips, Incidentals at the Hayes Mansion, Fuel for the minivan Silent Auction items remain open until the evening of the event, Fri, Oct 9.
