A Night Full of STARS

STARS Basketball is excited to host our 3rd annual fundraising dinner - A Night Full of STARS - on Tuesday evening, October 15th. The event will again be hosted at Brentwood Baptist Church/Wilson Hall. The event will include dinner, a college coach's panel, special celebrity guests, and everything STARS! Doors open at 5:30 p.m., with buffet lines opening by 5:45 p.m.

Bidding will go live on Tuesday, October 8th at 5:00 p.m. (CST); bidding closes on Wednesday, October 16th at NOON (CST)

How does the silent auction work?

We are using online bidding for all auction items. You are able to use your smartphone, tablet, or computer to keep up with the status of your bids and continue bidding until the auction closes. You can be the winning bidder from anywhere in the world!

How do I participate in the online bidding auction?

Get started online through the auction page. Just hit the "Register Now" button at the top of the page and enter your name, cell phone number, email. A credit card is required to bid.

How to Bid with GiveSmart

How do I start ad continue my bidding?

Browse the Auction Items and start bidding on your favorite items. Place your bids on selected items, set a maximum bid if desired, and GiveSmart will continue to keep you in the running until your maximum bid.

How can I keep active and know if I am outbid or have won an item?

You will be notified via text if you have been outbid. Keep an eye on your favorite items if you are NOT receiving the text messages make sure you have the correct mobile number under your profile. The texts will continue to notify you when you have been outbid or reached your maximum bid amount. When the silent auction closes, yo will also receive a text message if you won any items.

How will I collect my winnings?

Auction winners are required to make payment on Wednesday, October 16th by 10:00 PM CST. Please note you will have the chance to either pay credit card fees or allocate them to STARS. All auction items are being stored at the facility and will be available for pick-up. You may contact Callie Lester - Silent Auction Coordinator - to set up a time to retrieve your items, have them shipped to you, or have them dropped off.
