Givesmart Registration & Auction

Givesmart streamlines the auction bidding, payments, and management.  All bidding will be managed through the application, which will enable people not attending the event to bid.  You will receive text messages when you bid, are out-bid, or win an item at the end of the auction.  You will be asked to enter a credit card to pay for your registration, we suggest leaving that number on file to pay for your auction items.  Of course, you may pay for auction items via check of you prefer. 

The auction will go live approximately five days before the event.  This is a great opportunity to see and bid early on items and maybe even put a group together for one of the special trips available.  You will receive a text when the auction opens.

Norbert Buchmayr was a beloved sportsman who celebrated friends, family, and life.  The Society gathers each year to honor his memory, celebrate his values, and raise money for scholarships and worthy causes.

Our annual fund raising event is a sporting clays shoot and dinner in September.  We are proud to be the oldest sporting clays shoot in the United States.
