Dr. Meyer Horn is a board-certified dermatologist, an assistant professor of clinical dermatology at the Feinberg School of Medicine of Northwestern University and a diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology. He completed his medical school studies at Duke University Medical School and the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. His professional training includes an internship in internal medicine at the University of Chicago hospitals, residency in dermatology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, and a clinical trials fellowship in psoriasis, also at Northwestern University. He is dedicated to providing state-of-the-art general dermatology care to residents of the Chicagoland area. His special interests include inflammatory diseases of the skin, skin cancer screening, prevention and education, and surgical dermatology. Dr. Horn is recognized in Castle Connolly's Top Doctors of 2024.

Dr. Manish Jain is a board-certified rheumatologist with over a decade of experience, Dr. Jain is passionate about high-quality, up-to-date patient care. While personable and quick with a laugh, he thinks critically about each patient and prioritizes your goals in crafting a care plan. In addition to his clinical work, he also trains medical residents, speaks nationally as a key opinion leader in the field, and pursues advances in care through clinical trials. He is on staff at multiple local hospitals, allowing for effective communication between care teams. Born and raised in Chicago, Dr. Jain enjoys cheering on the Cubs, trying out new restaurants, and spending time with his wife, two daughters, and their dog, Baba Gannoush.

Tanu currently serves as Vice President, US Dermatology, Psoriatic at AbbVie Inc., overseeing both sales and marketing functions. In her role, she leads a group of nearly 300 individuals with the bold powerful purpose of eliminating psoriatic burden.

Tanu's philanthropic platform centers around education. She has built and co-manages a school in India to empower underprivileged children through free education. Local to IL, she mentors next generation women STEM leaders at a local high school, while also serving as a Board Member at Bernie's Book Bank.

Tanu is a global citizen, having lived across three continents. She enjoys world travel with family, architecture, tea service and spas. She speaks 7 languages.
