Blue Smoke and Spirits Festival

The Blue Smoke & Spirits Festival involve "smoke" teams comprised of community members, law enforcement partners, and businesses who will bring their smoked foods for attendees to vote on their favorites. Some of our local distilleries and breweries will provide a sampling of their spirits and brews for enjoyment during the event to be paired with the smoked foods.

For those who join us as a sponsor or with a VIP ticket will revel in a special concert during their early entry to try the teams' cuisine.

The Pikes Peak Peace Officers' Memorial Foundation raised over $1.5 million to construct the Pikes Peak Region Peace Officers' Memorial, located in Memorial Park in Colorado Springs, Colorado. It is an enduring memorial to the heroism and sacrifice that honors all peace officers from 22 agencies comprised of Local, County, State, Federal, Military, and Educational Institutions, who make the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty serving El Paso and Teller County residents.

Our goal is to continue to provide maintenance to our beloved memorial, travel and lodging expenses for the families of the fallen, and to grow and manage the Chief Pete Carey Scholarship fund that is awarded to children of law enforcement.
