2-Hour Private Whiskey Tasting Class for 8 with Darrell Loo

Embark on a guided journey through the world of whiskey with local expert, Darrell Loo, in an exclusive, in-home tasting experience.

Instructor, Darrell Loo, is a connoisseur with a deep understanding of whiskey varieties, tasting notes, and history.

Enjoy a curated tasting of select whiskeys, representing a range of regions, styles, and flavor profiles. Guests will learn the essentials of whiskey tasting, including aroma identification, flavor profiling, and serving techniques. Each whiskey selection will be discussed in advance, accommodating preferences and special requests.

Any special whiskey requests must be finalized at least 1 week before the event.

Host is responsibilities for providing glassware, unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Class to take place at the winner's home, within a 15-mile radius of the Kansas City metro. Must take place on a mutually agreed upon date between January and May 2025, subject to availability. Blackout dates include major holidays and their eves (e.g., New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, Easter).

Please note, if you want your auction item before Christmas, you must pick your item up at BBBS no later than December 20. Otherwise, pick-up or delivery will be scheduled after the first of the year.
