8-Week Essential Leader Bootcamp for 3

"Obtaining the Essential Keys to Unlocking Your Potential." This bootcamp will allow 3 participants to complete the Maxwell DISC personality assessment, led by Dana Charmaine.

Program involves (8) 1-hour weekly sessions, where participants will:

• Discover their natural motivators
• Understand how others are different and how to work with each personality style
• Grasp the "Essential Keys of Leadership" and discover how to apply them to advance their professional career

The focus in the bootcamp will be on character development, strengths, growth opportunities, confidence, intentionality, conflict management, emotional intelligence and lifelong learning.

By the end of the course, participants will acquire the tools and techniques needed to strengthen their leadership skills, excel in their professional endeavors and "Unlock Their Potential".
