4-Hour Private In-Home Dinner & Cocktail Pairing for 8 by Private Chef, James Chang

Indulge in an extraordinary private dining experience in the comfort of your own home, featuring renowned Private Chef James Chang, enjoying an immersive journey through Taiwanese cuisine, reimagined with a modern flair.

James Chang is a private chef celebrated for his innovative take on Taiwanese cuisine and famous chili oil.

The menu will be crafted in advance, accommodating dietary preferences and restrictions.

Each course will be thoughtfully paired with a handcrafted cocktail curated by Darrell Loo, a local mixology expert, to enhance the flavors and the dining experience. Non-alcoholic options are available upon request.

Tableware, linens, and decor must be provided by the host.

Dinner to take place at the winner's home, within a 15-mile radius of the Kansas City metro. Must take place on a mutually agreed upon date between January and May 2025, subject to availability. Blackout Dates include major holidays and their eves (e.g., New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, Easter).

You may either pick up your item from our office located at 1709 Walnut Street, Kansas City, MO 64108 or we can ship you your item(s) (delivery fees apply). All online auction purchases are final. Please note, if you want your auction item before Christmas, you must pick your item up at BBBS no later than December 20. Otherwise, pick-up or delivery will be scheduled after the first of the year.
