Hill Country Exotic Axis Deer Hunt

This is an opportunity for one hunter and one non hunting guest to visit 3rd Day Ranch, a 400-acre ranch located in Rocksprings, TX, the western most part of the beautiful Texas hill country. With this guided hunt, the winner of this experience will be able to harvest one Axis buck, up to 30", and one Axis doe. The hunt will take place on a scheduled weekend during spring of 2025 (excluding spring break and holiday weekends), from Friday to Sunday, with options to hunt from multiple blinds or to walk the rolling hills for a spot and stalk.

While no hunt is guaranteed, large numbers of Axis are consistently sighted on the ranch and on the trail cameras. The package also includes lodging in a brand new, fully furnished ranch house, food for the three-day weekend, and adult drinks.

After the hunt, enjoy some relaxing time on the large patio to take in the scenic views or sit around the campfire to gaze at the stars. A five-and-a-half-hour drive from Houston, the ranch is located in Edwards County and is near the Devil's Sinkhole State Natural Area. This could be a great opportunity for a husband and wife to get away from it all, or for a parent and child to spend some quality time in nature together.
