We are thrilled to announce that our teachers have submitted their incredible grant proposals, and now it's time for YOU to decide who our lucky winners will be! These grants will help fund exciting new projects and resources for their classrooms.
Here's how it works:
- Vote for your favorite proposals for each division. There will be 1 winner from each school! Teachers are kept anonymous.
- At the Gala, guests will be asked to vote for their 2 favorite proposals from the 7 winners. The top winner will receive additional funding, and even the runner-up will be rewarded.
- Winners will be announced during our upcoming ESF Red Carpet Gala on November 1st.
Your participation means so much to our teachers and students. It only takes a few minutes to cast your vote, and your support will make a big impact in enhancing the learning experience for our children.

Ticket Levels:
$175 Gala Ticket:
Ticket includes a champagne toast, plated dinner, and live music that will keep the night buzzing. Enjoy your reserved seating as you take in the night's festivities.
$250 VIP Experience:
Take your night to the next level with our exclusive VIP package! Start with a champagne toast, plus your choice of wine or tequila tastings. Indulge in a surf & turf dinner, and relax in reserved seating.

Gala Program
5:00 PM:
Make a grand entrance, stepping onto the red carpet for your first photos, setting the tone for the night.
Bring your champagne to the terrace and enjoy live music. Don't miss the chance to preview the incredible selection of auction items-both online and live.
6:30 PM:
Make your way to your table for a sit-down dinner. At 7:30 PM, we'll unveil this year's teacher grants.
8:00 PM:
The excitement kicks into high gear with the start of the live auction. Get ready to bid on fabulous items, including lavish vacation packages. Raise your paddles for the Fund-a-Need campaign to enhance athletics for our schools, a cause close to all our hearts.
9:00 PM:
As the night draws to a close, indulge in desserts and hit the dance floor with DJ Justin.
Online Auction:
ESF Online Auction is just around the corner. Opening Monday, October 14, and closing Friday, November 1, this is your chance to bid on experiences and items while supporting our schools.
