Three beautiful red wines to add to your collection!
Kirkland Signature 2020 Barolo DOCG
Ruby black color. Aromas of red and black cherry, rose water, fennel seed, and candied raspberry with a full body and a long leather and cigar box, fennel and rose pedals, red and black cherry, and under ripe blackberry with tea finish. A supple and bouncy delight of a Barolo with high toned fruit and mouthwatering acidity framed judiciously by a wisp of smoky oak.

Inconnu "Kitsune" 2019 Red Blend, Napa Valley
Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot. There's a sanguinity from the Clarksburg riverside soils for the blend's Cabernet Sauvignon that balances with Merlot's innate fruit forward cherry and spice. The texture and weight have a mid-palate silkiness that makes you want more, but not in a glou glou way.
B. Leighton Gratitude 2018, Yakima Valley
Checking in as 70% Mourvèdre, 25% Grenache, and the balance Syrah, the 2018 Gratitude Olsen Brothers Vineyard has a beautiful, incredibly perfumed nose of ripe red fruits (strawberries, framboise, currants) as well as loads of spice, sandalwood, herbes de Provence, and white pepper. Playing in the medium to full-bodied end of the spectrum, it brings plenty of richness yet is a more elegant, ethereal expression of Mourvèdre offering polished tannins, terrific overall balance, and outstanding length.
