We recommend that you book one strength and resistance class (Tuesday, Thursday or Sunday), one cardio class (Monday or Wednesday), and one hybrid class (Friday or Saturday) for your 10 sessions within a 2-month experience.

HWIS Connection

After the first time F45 Lincoln Square South donated a 10-Class Pack to support HudsonWay in 2013, that year's winning bidder began recruiting other HWIS parents when their "innovative, high-intensity functional group workouts" quickly became a part of her fitness lifestyle ("the 'F' stands for functional training; 45 is the total amount of time it takes to get it done"). By 2024, you could find Amy Silverman (HWIS Parent, Mandarin Grades 5 & 2), Seajin Huh (HWIS Parent, Mandarin Grade 5), and Yelin Wen (HWIS Parent, Mandarin Grades 5 & 2) in multiple classes at F45 Lincoln Square South each week. You could also catch Arpit Srivastava (HWIS Parent, Mandarin Grade 5) in their studio as he had already been an F45 enthusiast for over two years. And if you head over to Queens, you might spot Carlyle Peake (HWIS Parent, Mandarin Grade 3 & Kindergarten) in their Long Island City location.
