Petia Abdur-Razzaaq (HWIS Parent, Mandarin Grade 4) first crossed paths with Dawn Holloway (Co-Founder, Fascinators & Tea) at a mutual friend's wedding and was immediately cap-tea-vated (no pun intended) by the organization's mission to teach young children etiquette.

Ever since, Petia and her daughter, Soleil, have made it a delightful habit to attend their signature tea parties, savoring each exquisitely curated moment.

This fall, Fascinators & Tea is hoping to bring that same spirit to HWIS with a custom-designed, uniquely immersive etiquette program--an elegant journey in various cultural manners and heritage that is sure to enhance our already rich curriculum.
