Terms & Conditions

• Available to Kindergarten and up; eligibility limited to current and former HWIS-NY students and their siblings only.
• Email HWISPA-NY winner certificate to [email protected] to coordinate a date and time between teacher and student on a weekday during the spring 2025 semester; written correspondence serves as expressed parental permission of the off-campus outing.
• Outing spans approximately 45 minutes during lunchtime.
• HWISPA-NY will confirm the special reservation among all parties involved and cover the cost of a meal for two.
• Caregiver(s) is(are) permitted to join at their own cost.
• Must be redeemed prior to the last day of the 2024-2025 academic year.
