Unless otherwise mentioned, all embryos are ready to ship from Hereford - at the purchaser's risk and expense - in our own containers. A guarantee of not less than one 90-day pregnancy applies to purchases of 3-11 embryos and a guarantee of not less than 50% conception rate (in terms of 90 day pregnancies) applies when 12 or more embryos are purchased in one auction. This guarantee is valid when a certified technician is used for transfer and lasts for 18 months from the auction date, embryos may be surrendered if not removed from Hereford within 18 months. We will also offer to make pregnancies for you in Hereford, TX, under the supervision of our founding partner and embryologist, Dr. Mike Mimms. This Auction has a horse race style finish. Every time someone bids during the last 5 minutes of the auction the clock will extend 5 more minutes until no one bids for an entire 5 minutes. Please note that this countdown duration may be changed without notice during the auction.

SmartAuctions will invoice all buyers and release the lot after payment is received. PAYMENT IS DUE UPON RECEIPT. A credit/debit card will be required ONLY to verify identity of bidders, but you will not be charged for your purchases on your card UNLESS you choose that option or you have not paid for your purchases prior to 12 days after the auction closes. Your credit card will be charged if payment has not been received within 12 days after purchase or arrangements have not been communicated. If your credit card payment is declined at the 12 days your purchase will accrue an interest of 6%. If you pay with a card you will be charged a 5% transaction fee.
