MUST BE PRESENT AT EVENT TO WIN - By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and by additional terms and conditions which will be presented to the winner. This game of Heads-or-Tails is only open to attendees of the Benefit who are legal residents of Pennsylvania and are over the age of 18 at the time of entry.

1 Chance per Person.

Void where prohibited by law. The odds of winning will vary based on the total number of participants. The winner is the last person standing in the game of Heads or Tails and will have the option of selecting A) a one-time payment of $10,000 via check (winner is responsible for all tax, reporting etc.) or B) a subsidized vehicle lease for a term of 12 months at 10,000 miles per year on a Pre Owned Tesla Model 3 to be selected by Car Vision subject to tier one credit approval and all other lease terms. If the winner does not qualify for tier one credit, they will not be eligible to select option B and must select option A.

If the winner elects option B they agree and understand that a third-party bank may be providing the lease of the vehicle subject to all rules and requirements relating to that bank's leasing policy. Car Vision has no involvement in the lease beyond providing the subsidy payment representing the standard monthly payment due to the bank on behalf of the winner. Car Vision is not responsible for any payments due from the winner to the bank at any time before, during, or after the lease including but not limited to payments due as the result of vehicle damage, mileage overage, lease disposition fees, penalties, regular monthly payments after the period of 12 months, etc. The winner is responsible for maintaining full coverage insurance on the vehicle at all times.
