Enjoy the Best of the North Fork: Two Night Stay on a Waterfront Property

The North Fork is known as the "Unhamptons" at the end of Long Island. Boasting the same bucolic small town feel as the fancier fork, the North Fork is 90 miles from Manhattan with a laid back feel.

Enjoy a weekend stay (Friday and Saturday night) in a one hundred year old home perfectly appointed with modern amenities and drop dead decor. A two structure retreat directly on Little Peconic Bay (an unreal place for a getaway!), the house has five bedrooms. The primary bedroom is on the ground floor; upstairs has three bedrooms (king, queen, two twins) and two bathrooms, one en suite to the queen bedroom. Additionally, there is a full bed in the cellar.

Down the path from the main residence is a boathouse overlooking a private beach. The boathouse is a camp-style recreational room; this is a perfect place to take the break from the sun. Get some shade on a cozy couch or post up on the covered porch.

The property is located in the center of the peninsula, making it an easy drive to Greenport, as well as a variety of farm stands, vineyards, and restaurants. The vacation package includes gift cards to Deep Root Farms and PORT Waterfront Bar & Grill, as well as a case of local wines along with a wine tasting and cellar tour.

Dates: Weekend selected on a mutually agreed upon date. Must schedule 60 days in advance.

Terms and Conditions: Families with children between 3-9 years old should be aware the beach view comes with a bulkhead without a barrier.
