The committee has worked to describe all items as accurately as possible. Any variation is inadvertent, and the buyer is responsible for the verification. Certain items and/or services may have restrictive use of other qualifications. Buyers are bound by the precise restrictions by the donors.

FNC makes no expressed or implied warranties or representation of any kind or nature with respect to the property or services and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness of description nor deemed to have made any representation or warranty of description genuineness, authenticity, or condition of the property or services and no statement in the catalog or made at the sale or in the bill of sale or invoice or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty or representation or assumption of liability. By his or her purchase, the Buyer waives any claims for liability against either FNC, its volunteers, or the donor of the property or services and neither FNC nor the donor is responsible for any personal injuries or damages to property that may result from the utilization of property or services sold, or during attendance at the auction.

The Silent Auction includes many items available this evening so be sure to take the time to see them all. There may be other items that have arrived, so please check the tables! Remember the higher the bidding goes, the more FNC benefits.

The Silent auction will close at 10:00pm on Friday, May 16th. You will receive a text if you are the top bidder. You may pay online with credit card. Proceed to the Auction tables to receive your item. If you would like to pay with cash or check see lead Auction volunteer/staff.
