Project Description:
I am requesting funds to transform my classroom into "Glow Games," a fun, engaging way to review subject content before assessments. Steamboat Springs is a mountain town where winter sports are a big part of my students' lives, and they are very competitive. Glow Games will bring excitement to the classroom, motivating students to learn. This setup can be used across different subjects and grade levels, making it a resource I can share with other teachers, benefiting students beyond my own.

Proposal:
The Glow Games project involves transforming the classroom with black lights and neon decorations, with different stations featuring jumbo games like Jenga, Connect Four, and Cornhole. Students will rotate between stations, solving task cards related to math or science content. This classroom transformation will excite middle school students, enhance engagement, and provide memorable learning experiences. Each Glow Games session will involve students collaborating to solve problems while competing in fun games. This project will inspire creativity and keep the learning process exciting and dynamic.
