Project Title: Wireless Display
Category: STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics)
Amount Requested: $2,000

Project Description:
We are new to the video world-only in our 3rd year with a video program. I'd like to expand the opportunities our students have to do video, specifically live video during sporting events in our stadium. We have a new Daktronics Scoreboard that we can stream video to. I would love for my video students to capture live footage and immediately display it on our board, similar to what true video production companies do at professional stadium events. This would provide our students with real-world experience and give our community another exciting perspective on the game.

Proposal:
This project will allow us to better showcase community events at our stadium, such as graduations, games, and local events like Eaton Days fireworks, by wirelessly projecting onto our board and streaming the events. A wireless camera setup would enhance our audience's experience by offering better angles. More importantly, students will gain real-world knowledge of live production, preparing them for future opportunities in both education and the workforce.

Budget Breakdown:
The cameras we have researched for this project range from $1,000 to $1,500 (typically on the higher end), and the wireless receivers are approximately $500. This brings the total cost for the project to around $2,000.
