Category: STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics)
Funding Amount Requested: $2,000
Project Description:
This project will provide the Gifted and Talented students at Fort Lupton High School with two new and improved printing options. Currently, students must print from the school library or ask a teacher to print for them. These printers will allow students to print photo-quality pictures for their ALPs (Advanced Learning Plan), as well as resumes and scholarship applications using top-of-the-line materials. Fort Lupton High School has a student population that is 79% Latino, and 54% of students receive free and reduced lunch. By funding this project, you will reduce the stress on students and set them up for success by providing essential resources for their academic and professional endeavors.
