Project Description:
Our wonderful Multilingual Learners want to celebrate and showcase their beautiful cultural heritage! By creating and wearing buttons that highlight our Multilingual Learner students' unique cultural and linguistic backgrounds, we can help to create a school culture of inclusion, acceptance, and diversity.

Impact:
Clear Creek School District has a small but mighty student population of Multilingual Learners. These students come from other countries and unique cultural backgrounds. We want to find fun, creative ways to be inclusive and celebrate cultural diversity. We would like to purchase a button maker so that ALL students - our Multilingual Learners and our native Coloradans - can create artistic buttons that celebrate their cultural heritages. Students can wear their buttons, put them on their backpacks, or give them as gifts. These buttons can also uplift linguistic diversity by featuring slogans in both native languages and English, fostering cultural pride.
