Project Description:
Our children are exposed to technology at such a young age these days. Teaching good, educational practices for technology is my goal. Our small but MIGHTY rural school wants to do big things! We do not use technology much at our school. For this reason, students struggle with basic logins and research when we work on projects or take standardized tests. I teach 2nd grade and would love to prepare my students for a technological world. I want my students to learn how to engage in rigorous research skills and safe online practices by purchasing some computers for math and literacy small groups. They will learn how to use technology appropriately in the classroom for educational growth. These skills will support them throughout their educational careers! Please support my classroom to be a place of learning and growing!

Use of Funds:
I am hoping to get 4-6 computers for my classroom. I am estimating a cost of $350-$500 per Chromebook, without going over the $2,000 limit.
