Project Description:
Welcome to Rocky Ford, Colorado! We are known for our melons, and most of our population works in farming. Many of our students come from homes where technology isn't readily available, and approximately 30% have either special needs or are behind in math. I have the pleasure of working with students who are learning English and those who are behind in math and reading. This project aims to incorporate technology in a fun and engaging way to help students with math. The funds will be used to create a center in my classroom where teachers can check out Kindles and corresponding OSMO activities to bring math lessons to life. This will benefit all students, as these resources will be available to teachers from Kindergarten to 6th grade.

Proposal:
By incorporating Kindles and OSMO activities into lessons, students will have access to interactive math games that adapt to their individual learning levels. The center will be available for all teachers to check out and use, helping them engage students and improve math skills.
