• How it works: first session to be scheduled within 4 weeks - winner should email us at [email protected] to set up sessions.
• 1- Included in this one month package are two virtual sessions, occurring every other week. In between the virtual sessions, you will receive a check-in via email as continued support.
• 2- The first consult is 45 minutes in duration and the second consult which will occur two weeks later is 30 minutes in duration.
• 3- Prior to the first session, you will receive a symptom questionnaire so that we can fully understand your current situation in order to begin a personalized plan based on your unique needs.
