The house, Herons' Watch, is located on Upper Mill Pond on the Cape with pond access.

The local Brewster beaches are only 5 minutes away.

Kick back and relax in this renovated, A/C, family-friendly home located on a quiet street, in a quaint village, near all the conveniences of urban life. It has everything you need to work remotely, enjoy a family vacation, or have as a home away from home. There are three bedrooms ( sleeps 6-8) , two baths, and an open floor plan on the first floor.
Enjoy the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area perfect for gathering with family and friends. The house is outfitted with new 2023 kitchen appliances as well as a new washer and dryer.
Enjoy the beautiful yard and outdoor deck. Beautiful neighborhood to walk or bike.
Minutes walk to Upper Mill Pond to swim, fish, paddleboard, kayak, and hike. Two Ocean Kayaks and two bikes available for use. Lots of beach chairs, beach toys, buckets and shovels.
5 minutes from Paine's Creek Beach and all that Brewster has to offer!

A short drive to Ocean Edge Resort, Kate's Seafood, Brewster General Store, Snowy Owl Coffee Roasters, Eat Cake 4 Breakfast, and numerous downtown Brewster restaurants.

Close to Dennis and Orleans and easy access to Harwich and Chatham. You can be in Truro or Provincetown in about 40-45 minutes.
