In-Home Michelin Star Chef Dinner

Sit back and enjoy the show as Michelin Starred Chef Drew Deckman takes over your kitchen and whips up a feast for your group of 8. Chef Drew will prepare a multi-course meal, using his own locally-sourced, sustainably-raised protein and produce. Learn from one of our region's best culinary masters.

***As an option, the dinner can take place at a downtown penthouse terrace with stunning views from the 34th floor. This luxury penthouse is located in the heart of downtown San Diego.

The Georgia-born Deckman spent over a decade working in Europe, cooking alongside masters like Paul Bocuse and earning a Michelin star at Restaurant Vitus in Germany before landing in Baja's Valle de Guadalupe where he operates Deckman's en el Mogor and Conchas de Piedra with his wife, co-owner Paulina Deckman. Recently, Conchas de Piedra earned him a second Michelin Star!

His new project in San Diego is called 31ThirtyOne, a restaurant that will carry on the same sustainably-minded commitment as his culinary home in the Mexican wine region.

Drew is also the host and executive producer of a new docuseries on Amazon Prime Video called Ingrediente, which follows the world's leading chefs, producers & artisans as they embark on an authentic culinary and cultural quest to learn about indigenous ingredients from around the globe.
