The Baby Blue red begins with polished aromas of blackberry, dark currant, pencil shavings, hints of peppercorn, tilled earth, cedar and vanilla bean that sing of an absolutely brilliant young wine. Not to be outdone, the rich flavors found in the background suggest this beauty will enjoy a long and celebrated evolution. The Baby Blue Blanc walks a tightrope that delivers the best qualities of Sauvignon Blanc (bright acidity and freshness) while being tempered by the addition of Viognier and Semillon in order to enhance the texture.

Aromatics of tangerine, ruby red grapefruit, strawberry compote, and bubble gum leap from the glass of the Baby Blue Rose.
