Cutler Aia. This commemorative edition is published by Verse Tree Limited and copyrighted by Artshows and Products, Corp. (ASAP) in 1994; the image is copyrighted by Curtis Publishing Co. in 1994, and printed by Springdale Graphics of Stamford, Ct. USA.
