Private cooking class with Claudia's Mesa

Embark on a culinary journey with Claudia Krevat, the creative force behind Claudia's Mesa, in this exclusive private cooking class for seven. Claudia, a Colombian-born chef now based in Montana, will guide you through the art of fusion cuisine that blends her Caribbean roots with locally sourced ingredients.

In this hands-on experience, you'll explore the versatile world of pulse crops - beans, chickpeas, and lentils - as featured in Claudia's upcoming cookbook, "Global Pulse." Learn to create innovative dishes that showcase these humble ingredients in exciting new ways.

Claudia's passion for cross-cultural exchange through food will inspire you as you prepare dishes that reflect her diverse culinary background. You'll discover how to transform Montana's organic pulse crops into global delicacies, bridging the gap between local and international cuisines.

This intimate class will take place in the Library's Kitchen Table. Not only will you gain new cooking skills, but you'll also experience the warmth and storytelling that make Claudia's approach to food so unique. It's more than a cooking class - it's a celebration of culture, community, and the universal language of food.

This class can be scheduled between October 1 and November 30, 2024.
