Winemakers of California Cabernet are out to prove that Cab truly is King as the best of the best rack-up 100-point scores each year, but getting your hands on these "perfect" wines is another story. That is, unless you are the savviest of wine enthusiasts like CW+F Chairman Emeritus Pat Phillips!

Don't miss your chance to revel in an unforgettable evening as you savor not one but EIGHT 100-point-rated California Cabernet Sauvignons curated from the cellar of Pat & Debbie Phillips. You and nine friends will join Pat and his wife, Debbie, for a Champagne reception followed by a 6-course gourmet dinner featuring an incredible offering of eleven 100-point-rated wines-two California Chardonnays, eight Cali Cabs, and one Vintage Port-paired with the culinary styling of the one and only Porcupine Provisions (tonight's caterer). You will have the unique opportunity to CHOOSE YOUR OWN ADVENTURE, picking six of the eight 100-point California Cabernets from the exquisite line-up below, while Pat will have the option to select two to round out the selection. The journey will be exhilarating, inclusive of memorable tidbits and stories from Pat, and probably a few surprises along the way. And as if that's not perfect enough, it will be hosted at the Myers Park residence of Bruce & Leslie Schlernitzauer (owners of Porcupine Provisions) where you will dine alfresco on their expansive covered porch (weather permitting) with the tablescape set and designed beautifully courtesy of your professional hostess, Leslie.
