Always wanted to try yoga, but aren't sure it is for you?! Ever heard that you need to be flexible to do yoga, but can't touch your toes? No problem. These 3 1-hour sessions for up to 2 people will be designed for brand new yoga students or those that would like to review the fundamentals of yoga. Basic alignment and breathing techniques will be introduced as well as for opportunity to ask questions as well as learn a little about the history of yoga. Sessions will be private and conducted in the comfort of your own home. Instructed by Casey Millar, a yoga alliance certified instructor at the 200 hr level, taught locally at Solace Yoga Studio, she has been practicing for over 6 years and finds that the strength and mindfulness yoga requires on the mat is just as useful in our daily lives off the mat.
