Prince's formative years were shaped apprenticing with the Lithuanian-born Cubist sculptor Jacques Lipchitz. His sculptures, marked by striking contrasts-oxidized corten steel juxtaposed with polished stainless steel or precise geometric shapes fractured into jagged forms-express the tension between precision and imperfection, embodying the dualities inherent in life.
