Suvekshya Maharjan is one of two winners of this year's ArtsGala Art competition and was chosen by the ArtsGala host committee to be featured at this year's event. She is a first-year fine arts major from Nepal and is already a student to watch in terms of talent and poise!
Her piece, titled The Lite (a term meaning a small portion), is an acrylic painting that she says symbolizes the bridges in her dreams and her journey to freedom from restrictive societal norms in Nepal. We feel the beauty of the bridge and the colors she incorporates into the painting would be a dream in any setting!
Size with frame: 21" w x 17" h x 1" deep
Framing donated by House of 10,000 Picture Frames.
