Revel at Papa Joe's Restaurant for a French Themed Dinner! Eight friends will gather at a mutually agreed upon date to enjoy the French cuisine of Chef Joe Alvis. Dinner will be paired with a beautiful selection of French wines from the cellar of Dr. Duane and Earline Roe. All wines will be served from magnum format bottles, except Vintage Port which will be from a 750 ml bottle.
The 5-course menu includes: Hors D'oeuvres Champagne: 2005 Roederer Cristal with Sea Food Tower, Caviar, Crab, Tuna, Lobster Tail, Scallop, Mussels
First Course White: 2010 William Fevre Chablis Les Preuses with Steamed Sea Scallop with Sweet Pea Puree, Carrot Caviar, Organic Dill.
Second Course Red: 2007 Domaine Ponsot Chapelle Chambertin Grand Cru with 1. Plugra Butter Poached Lobster Veloute Le Puff Pastry 2. Orange Duckling.
Third Course Red: 2003 Cos d'Estournel with Hand Carved Beef Tenderloin with Sauce of Plum and Organic Baby Bok Choy.
Dessert 1985 Taylor-Fladgate Vintage Port with Valencia Orange and Cardamon Crème Brulee.
