The Bash 2024 Schedule of Events

Join us on Saturday, November 9th, for hors d'oeuvres and buffet, open bar, music and dancing.  Take a chance on the 50/50 raffle, visit our Speakeasy Room for some Blackjack, and browse our Silent Auction for a chance to bid on some great items! 

 7:00 PM - Check-in begins, Cocktails, Silent Auction Opens for bidding

 7:00 PM - Blackjack Tables Open in Gym Lobby

 7:00 PM - Welcome and Opening Prayer, Buffet Opens, Enjoy music and entertainment!

 8:00 PM - Speakeasy Coffee Bar opens 

 9:00 PM - Live Auction and "Text to Give" Fundraiser

 9:30 PM - More music with late night dancing and pizza.

10:00 PM - Silent Auction Closes - Winners receive text notification!

10:30 PM - Raffle Drawing and Check-out begins. 

11:00  PM - Event concludes
