This beautifully appointed two-bedroom, two-bath condo with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and AC is right on the beach and has great views of the pool and Caribbean. It is part of a ten unit complex 2.5 miles south of San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, Belize.

There are direct flights from many major US / Canada airports to Belize City. Once there, a short 15-minute plane ride brings you to downtown San Pedro, where you will find many fabulous restaurants and shops. The condo is a 15-minute golf cart ride away from downtown. Three restaurants, two bars, and a grocery store within walking distance of the condo provide convenient shopping and dining options.

This package includes personal concierge service to help plan every detail of your trip, and unlimited use of the villa's kayaks and infinity pool.

Additional options (not included) are snorkeling, diving and fishing excursions, adventure tours, Mayan Ruins tours, golf cart rental, grocery provisioning services, babysitters, massages, maid services, travel arrangements, and more.

Restrictions: Transportation to/from the condo is not included. Blackout dates are December 20th to January 7th. The stay must occur within 18 months from the fundraiser date. All bookings are subject to availability and are on a first-come, first-served basis. A security deposit will be held for damages.
