Imagine the bragging rights! Time and Tide, one of the most anticipated restaurants of the year, is the latest expression from Kent Hospitality Group, much heralded for Saga, Crown Shy and Overstory. Newly opened at 360 Park Avenue South in the buzzy NoMad neighborhood, Time and Tide is a power dining destination, with a serious focus on seafood and a chophouse attitude. At the helm is rising star chef Danny Garcia, this year's Top Chef winner, previously the executive sous chef for Crown Shy and Saga, and more recently, chef de cuisine of the Michelin-starred Belon in Hong Kong.
Desserts are the domain of the group's executive pastry chef Renata Ameni. Whether you plan to host a corporate dinner or celebrate a special occasion, this dinner for up to 30 guests is sure to be a fabulous feast!
