Soter Vineyards will prepare a special Provisions Tasting for two-a magnificent wine pairing lunch sourced from their 240-acre biodynamic farm and prepared by Head Chef Clayton Allen. More than just a lunch, you'll learn the story, history, tasting notes and more.

Dinner on the night of your choice will be the tasting menu experience at Hayward, a James Beard Award nominee for best new restaurant this year. Chef Kari Shaughnessy focuses on new Northwest fare, rooted in local farming, cultivated through fermentation, whole animal butchery, and sourdough, and expressing influences from Chef Kari's life and travels.

Menu items like Purple Sprouting Broccoli with sheep's milk feta, pine nut pesto, and pickled rhubarb, or limited meat items - Chef Kari will serve one animal, in many dishes, until it is gone - like Harissa Pork Pappardelle, demonstrate the Hayward team's imaginative take on the Pacific Northwest culinary character.
